Green Mission Statement: As stewards, we are called to respect and honor the gifts of God’s creation. We pledge to promote environmental stewardship within our congregation, homes, community and world.   Peace will strive to become a role model congregation through environmentally friendly facility use, worship and learning opportunities that focus on care of creation in individual lifestyle choices, and through promotion of community and global environmental awareness and action.

If you do not currently recycle and would like to, Peace provides a large recycling container for paper products (located in the back parking lot by the shed). Also if you are interested, Giant Eagle has a recycle container for plastic bags and Home Depot has recycling for both paper and plastic.
