Interfaith Hospitality Network

IHN (Interfaith Hospitality Network) is a program through the YWCA to provide housing to local homeless families.

Peace provides a meal for 200 people once a month at the YWCA Family Center. Volunteers who participate in this ministry help serve a meal and talk to families who stay at the YWCA family center. If you are interested in volunteering to serve a meal at the YWCA facility or would like to provide food items for the meal please contact Tammy Evans.

Joining Old and Young

J.O.Y. (Joining Old and Young) is a unique ministry designed to share the joy that our children bring to our lives with the elderly in nursing homes. It gives people a chance to experience the laughter and love that come with little ones. It is our hope that we will share God's love with residents as the children brighten their day and that the children will enjoy positive experiences with older adults. J.O.Y. is a joint ministry between Peace Lutheran Church and Stonybrook United Methodist Church.
