February 26th: Conversation with Nina Boyce
Nina describes her work this way: Nourished with Nina is a health coaching practice centered on holistic health and wellness. My philosophy is strongly rooted in the belief that our mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected. I work closely with clients to balance these three components to help them achieve overall wellness in their lives. It is through nutritional and lifestyle modifications, as well as prioritizing mindfulness techniques, that healing and health occur.

Yoga Flow with Kevin Ryan - Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm, Fellowship Hall
This class embodies the flow of yoga as you move through fluid sequences of poses linked with the breath. This practice will tone and strengthen muscles, increase balance and coordination, reduce stress and anxiety and increase self-awareness. Each instructor has their own unique style.
Stretch and Balance Yoga with Jeannie Weinland – Monday & Thursdays, 8:45-9:45am, Fellowship Hall
Stretch and Balance Yoga presents an introduction to basic yoga poses. The class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Gentle Yoga is for people new to yoga or those who are experiencing joint sensitivity, overall stiffness due to lack of activity, or other physical limitations.
