    This is to acknowledge that I have received a copy of the church's communications policy. I understand that it provides guidelines and summary information about the church's communications policy and procedures. I also understand that it is my responsibility to read, understand, become familiar with and comply with the standards that have been established. I also understand that the church reserves the right to modify, supplement, rescind, or revise any provision from time to time, with or without notice, as it deems necessary or appropriate.
