​Peace's care ministry is offered by our Pastoral Care Coordinator, Wendy Slates, Pastor Doug Warburton, Pastor Tony Katko, and our Care Team volunteers. This team can provide support during:

• serious illnesses
• hospitalization
• transition into or between long-term care facilities
• stressful marital or family situations (conflict/separation/divorce)
• significant loss or changes in life (death of a loved one, loss of job, etc) 
• handicap, chronic illnesses, or personal challenges calling for special care
• serious or stressful financial challenges/problems
• loneliness or sense a of being disconnected from the faith community at Peace
