Peace’s Music Ministry encourages us to serve with joy and with passion, so that the musical gifts God has given us may bring joy, peace and comfort to all who hear. For more information about musical opportunities at Peace, contact Minister of Music and Arts Michael Lester.

PEACE AND PRAISE (Contemporary Worship Team)
Peace and Praise is a group of musicians who lead the 9:45am and 11am Contemporary Services. Vocal rehearsals for Peace & Praise are held every Wednesday at 6:15pm, and although these musicians sing and play on a rotating basis, the commitment from this group is vital. |
PEACE CHOIR (Traditional Choir)
The Peace Choir primarily sings for the Sunday 8:30am Traditional Services in Peace’s sanctuary. In addition, the choir sings for All Saints and Palm Sunday Services, as well as for our 6pm, 8pm, and 10 pm Christmas Eve Services. The choir rehearses Wednesdays at 7pm. |
CONTEMPORARY CHOIR
Our Contemporary Choir sings for our Celebration Services: Christmas, Easter, Reformation, etc. Typically, the choir has two Wednesday rehearsals prior to a Celebration Service. STUDENT MUSICAL OPPORTUNITIES
This is a chance for musically gifted 7-12 grade vocalists and instrumentalists to lead in our worship services. |
CHILDREN’S CHOIR
The Children’s Choir, directed by Chaundra Catrone, is for Kindergarten through 5th graders, with spring, fall, and winter sessions that include practices and performances. Practices are held on designated Sundays from 9 to 9:40 a.m. in Rooms 106 & 107. Your K-5th grade child may choose to participate in any number of sessions, depending on your schedule. This choir performs during a number of Sunday and seasonal worship services, so we encourage children to attend rehearsals consistently.
